  • Q: What is included with a service call?

    A: A service call will include a visit by one of our certified technicians to perform a check and service on your system locating any potential problems and confirming proper operations of your system.

  • Q:  How often should I replace my filter?

    A: A unit should never operate without a filter and we recommend you replace standard filter types every 30 days.

  • Q: Should I turn my unit off when I’m not at home?

    A:  Never turn your unit completely off. When no one is at home, we recommend you use a programmable thermostat to maintain a temperature of 10 to 15 degrees higher or lower than your normal settings.
